a. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken with strained curd and Bharat Green Chicken Masala. Ensure the chicken is well coated. Cover and let it marinate for 3-4 hours.

b. Cooking the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook on medium heat until the chicken becomes tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

c. Adjust Consistency:

  • For a dry version: Cook until the moisture evaporates and the masala coats the chicken well.
  • For a gravy version: Add water as needed and let it simmer until the desired consistency is reached.

d. Serve Hot: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan, roti, or rice.
