Green Chicken
Green Chicken is a flavorful dish made with a rich marinade of curd and Bharat Green Chicken Masala, resulting in a delicious and aromatic preparation. It can be enjoyed as a dry dish or with a thick gravy, making it a versatile addition to any meal.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken (medium-sized pieces)
- 250 grams curd (strained to remove excess water)
- 50 grams Bharat Green Chicken Masala
- Oil (as required, for cooking)
Method:
a. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken with strained curd and Bharat Green Chicken Masala. Ensure the chicken is well coated. Cover and let it marinate for 3-4 hours.
b. Cooking the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook on medium heat until the chicken becomes tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
c. Adjust Consistency:
- For a dry version: Cook until the moisture evaporates and the masala coats the chicken well.
- For a gravy version: Add water as needed and let it simmer until the desired consistency is reached.
d. Serve Hot: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan, roti, or rice.
