Mixed Vegetable Kadai-
To prepare this dish, start by cutting mixed vegetables like peas, carrots, potatoes, and cauliflower into small pieces and boiling them until tender. Also, cut capsicum, onion, and paneer into small pieces. In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds, allowing them to splatter. Next, add the capsicum, paneer, and onion to the pan, cooking until they are slightly tender. Once cooked, add the prepared tomato gravy and mix well. Finally, add the boiled vegetables to the pan, stir to combine, and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low flame. Your Mixed Vegetable Kadai is ready to be served hot.

Paneer Butter Masala-
Begin by melting some butter in a pan and lightly frying paneer cubes until they develop a slight golden crust. Then, add the prepared tomato gravy to the pan with the paneer and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to allow the paneer to absorb the flavors of the gravy. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander leaves for an added burst of flavor and aroma. Serve the Paneer Butter Masala hot with your choice of bread, such as roti or naan.

Paneer Do Pyaza-
Start by cutting the paneer, capsicum, and onions into long pieces. Lightly fry these ingredients in a pan with a little oil until they begin to soften. Then, add the prepared tomato gravy to the pan and stir to coat the paneer, capsicum, and onions evenly with the gravy. Cook the mixture for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve the Paneer Do Pyaza hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves for an added touch of freshness.

Dum Aloo-
Begin by taking small-sized potatoes and poking holes in them with a fork. Steam the potatoes in salted water until they are tender. Once cooled, peel the potatoes and fry them in a pan until they turn golden brown. Next, add the prepared tomato gravy to the pan with the fried potatoes and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to allow the potatoes to absorb the flavors of the gravy. Serve the Dum Aloo hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves for an added burst of flavor.
