Chicken Tikka is a popular Indian appetizer known for its bold flavors and tender texture. This recipe combines juicy boneless chicken with a blend of spices, yogurt, and a hint of smokiness from the grill. Serve it hot with a side of tangy green chutney for a delightful culinary experience.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless chicken (medium-sized pieces)
- 300 grams hung curd (without water, drained using a piece of muslin cloth)
- Salt to taste
- 50 gm Bharat Chicken Tikka Masala
Method:
- Wash, clean, and dry the chicken pieces thoroughly.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with strained curd, salt, and Bharat Chicken Tikka Masala. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for 5-6 hours.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the marinated chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through. Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Alternatively, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and grill them over a fire for a few minutes until they are charred and cooked.
- Serve the hot Chicken Tikka with the green chutney and onions on the side.
