Thandai

Ingredients:

  • 100g Bharat’s Thandai Powder

  • 2 liters chilled or warm full-cream milk

  • Sugar (optional, as per taste)

  • Crushed ice (optional)

  • Rose petals or chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Mix:
In a large mixing bowl or jug, add 100g of Bharat’s Thandai Powder to 2 liters of chilled or warm milk.

  2. Stir or Blend:
Stir thoroughly using a whisk or blend using a hand blender until the powder fully dissolves into the milk.

  3. Adjust Sweetness:
Taste and add sugar if needed, depending on your preference. Our thandai mix is lightly sweetened, so adjust accordingly.

  4. Chill (Optional):
If you prefer it cold, refrigerate the prepared thandai for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over crushed ice.

  5. Garnish and Serve:
Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios, or dried rose petals for a festive touch.

Serving Tip:

Serve during Holi, Mahashivratri, or as a refreshing drink on hot days. You can also use it to flavor milkshakes, kulfis, or Indian desserts.
